In construction, a "dozer" refers to a bulldozer, which is a powerful and heavy-duty construction machine primarily used for earthmoving and land-clearing tasks. Bulldozers are equipped with a large, flat metal blade at the front that can be raised or lowered and tilted, allowing the machine to push large quantities of soil, sand, rocks, or debris forward, backward, or to the sides.

Blade: The blade is the primary working component of the dozer. It can be used for grading, leveling, pushing materials, and creating ramps or embankments.

Tracks: Unlike wheeled vehicles, bulldozers have continuous tracks, similar to tanks. The tracks distribute the weight of the machine evenly, providing good traction and preventing it from sinking into soft or muddy terrain.
